Sales Geek Ireland is the Irish franchise of Sales Geek, providing sales leadership, training and mentoring services to businesses in the Republic of Ireland. We collect the information you give us through our enquiry, registration and newsletter forms: typically name, company, email address, phone number, county and the details of your enquiry. We may also collect limited technical and analytics data about how the site is used, subject to your cookie choices.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have requested, manage Sales Club Ireland and franchise interest, and, where you have explicitly opted in, send occasional sales insights and event updates. Our lawful bases under GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry), contract (delivering services you ask for) and consent (newsletter and marketing updates, which you can withdraw at any time).

When you submit a form, your details are sent securely to our form-processing provider, Formspree, which emails them to jonathan@salesgeekireland.ie so we can respond. Formspree processes this data on our behalf. Data may be shared with Sales Geek HQ where needed to handle franchise or brand-related enquiries. We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up relationship, and newsletter data until you withdraw consent.

Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
